We provide advice in relation to the full spectrum of financial matters. We acted as Solicitors in respect of an export credit facility from a major Chinese bank for one of Nigeria’s private telecommunications company. Our scope of work included reviewing, revising and issuing legal opinions and giving incidental legal advice raised in connection with the buyer credit facility agreement.
