Mrs. Rhodes-Vivour SAN our founding Managing Partner has held various leadership positions including being the past Chairperson (2016 – 2019) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K (Nigeria Branch). She is a member of the International Law Association (ILA) International Committee on International Commercial Arbitration and the pioneer Chair of the Committee on International Commercial Arbitration of the Nigerian Branch. She was appointed member of the Court of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) the Hague, the Netherlands pursuant to her nomination by Nigeria. She was the pioneer Chairperson of the Arbitration and ADR Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association and the pioneer President of Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria. She was a member of the pioneer board of the Lagos Court of Arbitration and the pioneer board of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Center. She was appointed a member of the National Committee which was constituted as a step to the Reform and Harmonization of Nigeria’s Arbitration and ADR Laws.

The firm is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Nigeria Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Mrs. Rhodes-Vivour SAN is a member of the Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration and the ICC Paris Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Our team members are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the internationally recognized home for arbitrators and have undergone specialized training in the field of arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Our expertise is widely recognized. We have been entrusted by the telecommunications and power industry regulators to develop their respective dispute resolution schemes.

Our team members include persons who have undergone mediation training and have gained accreditation with reputable organizations including CEDR (UK).
