Eniola holds an LL.M in secured credit transactions and comparative company law from the University of Lagos. She has over Seven (7) years post call experience in litigation corporate commercial practice. She has acted as counsel for various clients including oil companies, banks, mortgage outfits and property development companies. She has rendered legal opinions to several companies on corporate and commercial transactions.
