Privatization
We have been involved with the Federal Government’s privatization programme as a member of the Legal Alliance, a consortium of law firms specializing in privatization issues which has handled privatization matters for the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE).
Our managing partner has successfully liquidated a company under voluntary liquidation as part of the Federal Government’s privatization programme. She was appointed by the Federal High Court; the Court vested with jurisdiction in such matters.
