We have experience in negotiating and drafting various forms of agreements which are geared to meeting our clients’ needs and ensuring they are adequately protected.
Agreements we have advised on and drafted include international hotel chain management agreements; franchise agreements; joint venture agreements; lease agreements; license agreements; agency, employment and service agreements and shareholders agreements.
We advise on a broad range of matters including equity issues and transactions. We have also advised banks on Buyer Credit Facility Agreements.
We have been involved in advising clients on the statutory framework for the regulation of companies including filing of mandatory company statutory returns at the Corporate Affairs Commission. Generally, we advise our clients on regulatory framework procedures.
We are involved in the incorporation of companies, incorporated trustees, and registration of business names. We also render advice to foreign companies wishing to set up representative offices in Nigeria. We conduct due diligence, searches and render legal opinions on behalf of clients including foreign investors.
