She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. Anita has experience representing both corporate and individual clients and currently leads the company secretarial services and advisory team. She also has litigation experience and regularly represents clients in employment disputes at the National Industrial Court.

Miss. Ofordile gathered experience as part of a team of external Solicitors involved in debt recovery and management on behalf of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria.

She regularly reviews and drafts contracts including land documentation and advises clients in property transactions. Her litigation experience enables her advice clients on potential areas of dispute particularly with respect to compliance with regulatory issues.
